Broadlands – community centre

Broadlands community centre consisted of a reception, large open plan space, kitchen, pool and toilets for residence of the retirement village to use.

On this project we have worked closely with builder and client to provide a customised electrical fit out to suit the requirements of the client.

We have installed the range clipsal wiser range of automation so that the retirement village operators are able to automate the lighting schedules for this property, thus avoiding the operators having to turn lights on and off at open and close times.

Custom LED lighting has been installed within the trusses of in conjunction with the builder and further lighting to highlight the roof structure above.

Exit and emergency lighting has been installed to provide safe exit of the building in case of power loss.

3 phase power has been installed to provide capacity for large air conditioning system.
